The entrance of the villa can be recognized by the beautiful artwork on the facade. You will step into the large living room with an open kitchen, billiard, and lounge area. The living room can be opened entirely or closed off and has 2 Sonos PLAY:3 speakers. This area is designed to create ample breezy airflow with several additional ceiling and wall fans for your comfort.

There are two rooms downstairs with king-sized King Koil matrasses. The third bedroom downstairs has bunk beds. All rooms have air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. 

A unique feature is the home cinema—an insulated room with a 75-inch TV and Dolby Surround. Netflix is already installed and is ready to use.

The second floor consists of two identical master bedrooms—large beds with King Koil matrasses, 42 Inch TVs, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. There is a massive balcony that connects both rooms, with amazing views. On a clear day, you can see Java and the volcanoes of Bali. 

The outdoor area exists on two levels. The lowest level has a full-size tennis court. Tennis equipment is available, and we can arrange tennis lessons (depending on availability). 

The level above has a 25x4-meter infinity pool with sun loungers and umbrellas.
